Josh Gross

Johnson Air Products,
Director Applied Sales and Engineering

The owner of the company brought Bryan in as an executive coach, to develop the skills of the leadership team, drive operating performance and strategically position Johnson Air for significant profitable growth in Data Centers and Large Commercial projects. Bryan worked directly with me (and another executive) to define the strategic initiatives, communicate these and the goals to the team members, and then worked to coach us on how to lead the team members and introduce accountability to our management process. Bryan also worked with us to evaluate additional retail/distribution locations along the I-5 cooridor, which lead to the opening of a Eugene branch and earlier 2025 with an additional outlet in Vancouver, Wa. These strategic efforts have led to significant profitable growth at Johnson Air Products.

Manny Santoyo

PWCC Marketplace
Director of Operations

PWCC was experiencing a rapid expansion of their “high dollar value collectibles business” and had decided that a new facility, with automated processes and improved process security would be required. Bryan was asked to come in and work with my team and I to evaluate the current state of our processes and security, and evaluate what could be eliminated, combined and/or automated, while ensuring the new processes improved security with minimal or no added expense. Bryan quickly learned the processes, the key areas to focus on and identified several process modifications and automation sequencing that could be implemented in the new facility to substantially increase capacity, reduce process times, improved security, ensure location/storage accuracy from where the armored car entered the parking lot/loading dock with the assets, through the in-take processes, the warehouse staging, secured storage vault and secured shipping services.

DFW Wash Partners

Lead General Manager

Bryan was brought in to assess the performance of our four new express car wash operations in the Dallas market and why they were not growing as expected. He worked with me to assess the performance of the equipment, process and leaders of these operations. We discovered very quickly that some of the automated equipment was not operating correctly, the hourly process inspections were not being followed properly leading to quality issues and damage to customer vehicles and lastly we found that a majority of the team members at all facilities had not completed the mandatory training. Additionally, he pointed out that the salesperson at the window was not following the “subscription” sales script and didn’t positively engage with the guests. He assisted me in developing and implementing a strategy for each operation that had daily, weekly and monthly goal(s) and accountability reviews. In the nine months working with Bryan, we built out a leadership team, hired and trained only talented individuals, incorporated hourly accountability reviews, thus improving the guest experience and ensuring that the guests were introduced to the product offerings properly, allowed us to ultimately double our subscriber base in the first nine months working with Bryan.
